How we handle the data you send through the contact form, under EU Regulation 2016/679.

What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, email, phone if you give it, and the content of your enquiry. We use no profiling cookies. To count visits we use Google Analytics: without your consent it writes no cookies and receives only anonymous signals; with your consent it uses its own cookies. Why we process it
To answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a commission, to manage the contract. The legal basis is your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures.
How long we keep it
Six months for enquiries that do not lead to a commission, after which they are deleted. Where a commission does follow, the data is kept for the period required by Italian tax and civil law, normally ten years.
Who receives it
No third party, other than our hosting and email providers, who process the data on our behalf as data processors. Form data is never sent to Google Analytics.
Your rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@cibusphoto.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
